LEGOLAND® Private Mini Tour FAQ

A. No reservation is required. Simply arrive at the meeting point by 11:20 AM, the official tour start time, to join the experience.

A. For safety reasons, all guests must stay with the group and follow the guided schedule. Mid-entry or early departure is not permitted.

A. No. This tour is offered free of charge for all hotel guests.

A. No. Rides are not available during the tour, and only the activities included in the program can be enjoyed.

A. For safety and guided movement, the tour follows a set route with our staff. Therefore, staying in MiniLand independently throughout the tour is not permitted.

A. The tour runs for approximately 2 hours, starting at 11:20 AM. It includes a 4D Cinema experience, free-walk time in MiniLand, and a visit to The BIG Shop.

A. No. Children must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour. If an adult cannot accompany the child, participation may be restricted.

A. Unfortunately, no. There are no additional discounts available for hotel guests.

A. Participation is only available on the day of your check-out.

A. The tour is available only to guests whose check-out date falls on a Park non-operating day. If your check-in date is a non-operating day but your check-out date is a regular operating day, the tour will not be available.

A. Yes. If the tour is operating on a Park non-operating day during your multi-night stay, you may join on that applicable day.

A. The scheduled films are LEGO® City 4D: Officer in Pursuit! and LEGO® MYTHICA 4D: Journey to Mythica. Screening content may vary depending on on-site operational conditions.

A. The tour may be suspended or cancelled if heavy snow, icy conditions, or other severe weather prevent safe movement along the tour route.

A. Unfortunately, no additional items are provided. For your comfort and well-being, please bring any personal items you may need.

A. Outside food is restricted, as some areas included in the tour do not allow food consumption.

A. Rentals are available only on regular Park operating days. Since the tour takes place on non-operating days, stroller and wagon rentals are not available. Please bring your own if needed.

A. No. This tour is exclusively for LEGOLAND® Hotel guests, and participation is not available to non-hotel guests.

A. Guest verification will be completed on-site immediately after check-out before joining the tour. Please note that verification procedures may change—such as requiring advance submission—depending on operational needs.
