Water Maze is a large, themed bounce‑style pool attraction opened during the summer season.

Set in Pirate's Party Plaza, it offers an exciting pirate party experience in a vibrant and immersive waterscape.

Water Maze operates on a paid, online reservation system by session.
Before booking, please make sure your day ticket or annual pass is valid on the intended visit date.

② Select a session, fill in personal details, and complete payment.
③ Arrive at your booked time and present the QR code for Water Maze entry at the entrance.

*Same-day reservations may be available online only, first-come, first-served, depending on remaining capacity. (₩5,000)

Q.  Can I only make a reservation by visiting the park?
A. Reservations are available only online through the official website. Sessions may sell out early depending on availability. 


Q. Can I change the reservation time after booking?
A. You may cancel your reservation up to one day before your visit.
Same-day cancellations are not allowed. If there are available spots, you can repurchase online or on-site.

 

Q. How do I cancel a reservation?
A. Cancellations must be made by the day before your visit.
Go to the official website → “Guest Experience” → “Ticket Refund Policy” to submit your cancellation request.

 

Q. Are there any penalties for no-shows?
A. No refunds are available for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

 

Q. How do I check my reservation and enter the Water Maze?
A. On arrival at your reserved time, present the QR code for Water Maze access to staff.

  • If you leave before your session ends, re-entry is not allowed.
  • No refunds are issued once entry is granted.

 

Q. What if I arrive late? Can I still enter?
A. Yes, late arrivals are allowed, but your end time will remain the same, so your usage time will be shorter.

Guests may enjoy the Water Maze freely within their reserved time slot.

Water Maze is an outdoor facility, so operations may be suspended in cases of heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, or other severe weather events

Depending on the type of pool, there is a height limit for safety.

Maze Pool

  • Guests 115 cm or taller may enter alone.
  • Children 95 cm to 115 cm must be accompanied by a guardian (maximum 2 children per 1 guardian).
  • Children under 95 cm are not allowed to enter.
  • Pregnant guests are not permitted to use this facility.

Mini Pool

  • Pregnant guests are allowed.
  • No height restriction.
  • Children under 95 cm must be accompanied by a guardian (maximum 2 children per 1 guardian).
  • Children under 36 months must wear waterproof diapers.


* For hygiene and water quality, assistance animals (e.g., guide dogs) are not allowed in the pools.

* Guests using wheelchairs may enter only if accompanied by a guardian, must leave the wheelchair outside, and be able to walk independently.

* Children 49 months or older or taller than 105 cm may not use mixed-gender changing rooms.

* Children under 24 months may enter for free (Mini Pool only; guardian ticket required).

To maintain water quality and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please follow the dress code below.

Please note that swimsuits are not sold inside the park, so all guests must bring their own.


No refunds will be provided in cases of denied entry due to inappropriate attire or lack of swimwear.

* For hygiene and water safety, long hair must be tied back or a swim cap/baseball cap/bandana must be worn.
* Children under 36 months are required to wear waterproof diapers.

For the safety of our guests, certain items are restricted from being brought into the park.

* Exception: In the Mini Pool only, baby float rings, walking float rings, and floatation aids are allowed.

 

No glass, cans, mats, burners, or any heat-generating devices.
No accessories that may cause injury (e.g., earrings, hairpins).
No external food or alcohol is allowed.

 

 

Water Maze consists of two pools: Mini Pool and Maze Pool.
To ensure water quality and safety, each session allows up to

  • 60 guests in the Mini Pool

  • 172 guests in the Maze Pool

Trained lifeguards are stationed throughout the facility.
Guests are asked to follow all lifeguard instructions.
During operation, training drills with mannequins or simulated emergencies may occur.
These are essential for safety, so we kindly ask for your understanding.

[Safety Guidelines] 

  • No ball play or running inside the pool area.
  • Children, elderly guests, and guests using wheelchairs must be accompanied by a guardian.
    (Wheelchairs must be left outside the pool, and the guest must be able to walk independently.)

  • Warm-up before entry and take regular breaks (at least 10 minutes recommended).

  • If you feel cold (e.g., shivering or blue lips), exit the pool and warm up with a towel or indoors.

There is no dedicated first aid room inside the Water Maze.
The main first aid station is located to the right of City Restaurant.

In an emergency, please notify the nearest lifeguard.

Water is treated using standard swimming pool disinfectants.
Guests with skin conditions are advised not to use the pools.

Please shower before entering and avoid actions that may contaminate the water.

  1. Changing rooms, free indoor lockers, and outdoor showers are available.
    (Please note: hot water is not provided.)
  2. Shampoo, soap, and other toiletries are not permitted in the shower area.
  3. Under Article 153 of the Commercial Law, we are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables not stored in the designated storage area.
  4. Children aged 4 or older (49 months) or taller than 105 cm may not use mixed-gender changing rooms.
  • Staff may request age or height verification if necessary.
  • If assistance is needed, please ask a staff member.

Lost items found after each session are collected and transferred to Guest Services near the park entrance.

Please note: The park is not liable for items lost due to personal negligence (e.g., items left in lockers).

Underwater photography or any filming that may inconvenience other guests is prohibited.
Please refrain from using mobile phones or other recording devices inside the pool area.

For commercial filming, prior approval from the Marketing Team is required.
Personal content for commercial use or livestreaming is strictly prohibited to protect guest privacy and comfort.

  • Guests with contagious diseases or skin conditions should not enter.

  • Guests with excessive tattoos are asked to wear tops and follow staff guidance.

  • Guests displaying inappropriate behavior may be denied entry.

  • No underwater equipment, running, or ball play is allowed.

  • We are not responsible for swimsuit damage or accidents due to guest negligence.

  • We are not liable for water damage to electronic devices. Please use them cautiously.

  • Intoxicated guests will be refused entry or asked to leave.

  • The entire Pirate’s Party Plaza, including Water Maze, is smoke-free. Please refer to the Park Guide Map for designated smoking areas.
