The benefits of the annual pass may change seasonally, in order to provide various benefits. Certain new benefits may be added and old benefits may discontinue or provided as alternative benefits depending on the operating situation.
The above-mentioned annual pass can only be used by the passholder, and if a QR code capture screen is presented at admissions gate or at other units to get discount benefits, official identification documents may be required to verify. Pass holder authentication process may take place.
For stolen or misused annual passes, those passes will become void and revoked without compensation without prior warning. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. The same applies to passes sold, loaned or given away or if any attempt is made to sell, loan or give it away.

Changes to 2024 Operation Calendar

LEGOLAND® Korea Resort is working at its best to improve the satisfaction of annual passholders who love LEGOLAND®. As part of this effort, we aim to continuously improve the resort's facility investment and operation policies. To continously expand new openings and operate the resort safely and efficiently, as of February 1, 2024 the park operation schedule for <2024 Season Open> has changed slightly.

Separate compensation and various new benefits will be added to annual passholders who have purchased before the announcement of changes in the operation caldendar (February 2, 2024).

Information on additional benefits following changes to the 2024 operating calendar
(limited to customers purchasing before February 2, 2024)

- Extension of validity period by 60 days for annual pass holders (*Applies only to customers who purchased annual pass before February 2, 2024 and whose validity period has not expired)

- The extension of the validity period will be applied all at once until March 31, 2024, and the extended validity period can be checked in the following way."
