Fastrack Terms & Conditions

Article 1 (General Conditions)

1. All rides and attractions are subject to safety restrictions including height, weight, age, chest size, and other requirements. Guests must check all applicable restrictions prior to purchasing a Fastrack ticket. Failure to meet ride restrictions does not qualify for ticket refunds or exchanges.
2. Cancellation and refund of Fastrack tickets must be completed via the official website by midnight (24:00) one day prior to the scheduled visit date
   (e.g. for a visit on 2 July, cancellation must be completed by 23:59 on 1 July).
3. Tickets purchased on the day of visit may only be cancelled before park entry. Once the guest has entered the park, refunds will not be permitted under any circumstances.
4. Infants aged 2 years and under may accompany a Fastrack-holding guardian without purchasing a separate Fastrack ticket, provided that the infant meets all ride safety requirements. If safety requirements are not met, ride access may be restricted.
5. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 16 or over at all times for safety reasons.
6. Due to operational conditions or safety checks, some waiting time may still occur even when using Fastrack.
7. LEGOLAND® Korea Resort operates a Hero Pass system for guests with disabilities. As a result, Hero Pass holders may be given boarding priority on certain attractions, which may affect Fastrack boarding order.
8. Any misuse, resale, or violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate invalidation of the ticket without refund. Use of copied or captured QR codes is strictly prohibited.
9. The list of participating attractions and their availability may be changed without prior notice due to operational or safety reasons.
10. In cases of force majeure, including technical issues or adverse weather conditions, ride operations may be suspended and Fastrack usage temporarily restricted. Fastrack usage may resume once operations are restored.
11. Queue holding on behalf of others and consecutive rides without exiting are not permitted. Guests must exit the attraction after each ride and re-enter for subsequent use.

Article 2 (Bronze & Silver Fastrack)

1. This package does not include park admission and is a single-user product that allows access to a fixed number of rides from a predefined list of attractions.
2. All ride usages must be redeemed within the park operating hours on the same day, and the ticket may not be shared among multiple guests.
3. Attraction availability is subject to operational conditions. If certain attractions from the list are unavailable, remaining ride usages may be redeemed on other eligible attractions. No refunds or partial discounts will be provided due to attraction unavailability.

Article 3 (Gold Fastrack)

1. This ticket does not include park admission and is a single-user product. It may not be transferred or shared with others.
2. Guests must collect and wear a designated Fastrack wristband after identity verification at a designated in-park location. The wristband is valid only on the issued date.
3. Lost wristbands will not be reissued, and Fastrack usage will not be permitted in such cases.
4. If a wristband is damaged, one replacement may be issued once only, provided the damaged wristband is presented at the issuing location.
