Master Builder Terms & Conditions

  1. LEGOLAND® Master Builder(“LMB”) operate on a reservation system and may close early on a first-come, first-served basis. The reservation for your visit will be confirmed once all stages of reservation are completed and the payment is made in full.
  2. LMB program is available only for guests 6 to 12 years old. Guests not meeting this condition will be restricted from participating.
  3. Only children can participate in this program. Parents and guardians are not allowed to visit.
  4. 4. LMB program can consist of a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 6 people per team.
  5. 5. LMB program Reservations that violate the terms and conditions specified at the time of booking the program will not be confirmed. In this case, the fee paid is non-refundable.
  6. 6. All spaces are the actual operating spaces of LEGOLAND® Korea Resort and employees, so participants must follow the guidance of the LEGOLAND® Korea Resort MC during the experience time.
  7. 7. In the event a guest who purchased the LMB program requests a refund, the following amount will be returned based on when such request is made:

- Cancellation up to 1 days before the visiting date: full refund 

- Cancellation on the day of the visiting date: No refund 

  1. 8. Photos and licenses taken on the day of your visit must be received on that day. Photos can be downloaded up to 7 days based on the experience date. Licenses not received on the same day will be discarded and will not be reissued.
  2. Photos taken on the visiting date are the responsibility of the guest to collect and LEGOLAND® Korea Resort will not be able to provide these images after your visit.
  3. 10. In accordance with the personal information storage standards specified in the LLKR Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy | LEGOLAND Korea Resort), personal information is stored under the same conditions as customers who purchase a one-day park
  4. 11. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are also agreeing to the overall LEGOLAND® Korea Resort terms and conditions which can be found here.
  5. 1 The gifts will be given to all members participating in the LMB program, and gifted items are not exchangeable or refundable.
  6. 13. Guests who arrive later than 10 minutes to the LMB program start time, may be unable to participate.
  7. 14. LMB program can only be purchased through the official channels operated by LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, and are not sold through other channels. Transfers, etc. are considered illegal transactions and are prohibited.
  8. 15. Guests who have purchased the LMB program may request to change the visiting date if such request is made by midnight, 2 days prior to the scheduled visiting date. Please contact the LEGOLAND® Korea Resort Retail team to discuss options. (LLKRVIP@legoland.com)
