Caregiver Discount for Guests with Disabilities

LEGOLAND® Korea Resort is committed to creating unforgettable memories for all guests.

This commitment equally applies to guests with disabilities, and we continuously strive to enhance their convenience and accessibility.

On the day of visit to LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, the Caregiver Discount for Guests with Disabilities is available only to caregivers accompanying a guest who presents valid disability registration documents.

While our Model Citizens are happy to assist with access to special ride compartments, they are not permitted to lift guests into or out of a ride vehicle. Therefore, park guests must be able to transfer to ride vehicles with assistance from a member of their party.

LEGOLAND Korea Resort shops, restaurants, show venues and the majority of our rides and attractions are ADA accessible to guests who use wheelchairs or are in need of special services.

Ride reservation system for guests with disabilities –‘HERO PASS’

The complimentary Hero Pass, which provides priority access to attractions, is available to assist guests with certain disabilities who may find it difficult to wait in long queues.

Guests with disabilities using a Hero Pass may be required to be accompanied by or ride with a caregiver, depending on the safety requirements of each attraction. Up to three caregivers may accompany the Hero Pass guest, with at least one caregiver aged 16 or older.

The caregiver aged 16 or older must be able to assist the guest with a disability in safely boarding and exiting each attraction in accordance with the attraction's safety requirements.

To receive a Hero Pass, please visit Guest Services and present your original physical Disability Welfare Card.

*Hero Pass issuance may be restricted if the original physical Disability Welfare Card is not presented.

‘Fastrack’ is a paid option that allows guests to enjoy popular LEGOLAND® attractions with shorter waiting times. It is available for purchase as an optional add-on for any guest who wishes to use it.

‘Hero Pass’ is a free priority boarding pass designed to assist guests with certain disabilities who may find it difficult to wait in queues for long periods of time.

Both 'Fastrack' and 'Hero Pass' do not guarantee complete elimination of queuing. It complies with the queue time for each attraction and waits virtually on behalf of users

Up to three carers with at least one carer 16 years of age or older can be registered with the guest with disability.
Carers cannot use the HERO PASS themselves. HERO PASS users can use the pass with their companions on the ride.
At least one carer aged 16 or above, must be able to explain ride restrictions and precautions to the guest with a disability, help them board on and off the rides and take full responsibility for the guest with the disability in the event of an emergency.
