No, you don't! since august 22, 2023, you can visit LEGOLAND® park without a separate reservation.
Please keep in mind:

be sure to check the blockout dates and expiration dates for your specific ticket before you visit.

you won't be able to enter the park on blockout dates or after your ticket has expired.

future changes: to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, a reservation system may be implemented again in the future if deemed necessary.
The validity period for each LEGOLAND® ticket is as follows:

single-day ticket: this ticket is valid only on the date you selected at the time of purchase.

season pass: this pass is activated upon purchase and is valid from the start date of the season until the final day.

annual pass: this pass is activated upon purchase and is valid for the agreed-upon period from the activation date.

Cancellation policy

single-day ticket: you can receive a full refund if you request a cancellation by midnight the day before your scheduled visit.

annual & season passes: a full refund is available if you request a cancellation within 7 days of the purchase date.
important: even within the refund period, no refunds will be given if the ticket has expired or has already been used. please refer to the website for full terms and conditions.

Refund processing time
Refunds for all payment methods (credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments, etc.) take approximately 7 business days to process. for details on the specific cancellation period for your card, please contact your card company directly.

As a rule, LEGOLAND® Korea resort park tickets cannot be changed, transferred, or resold. here are the specific details for each ticket type:

single-day ticket: cannot be changed, transferred, or resold.

season pass: cannot be changed, transferred, or resold.

annual pass: cannot be transferred or resold.
Temporary suspension for annual passes
while we do not generally suspend annual passes, you can temporarily suspend your pass for up to three months if you have a valid reason that prevents you from visiting the park for an extended period. this can be done only once.

how to apply: you must submit documents that prove your reason for suspension and receive approval from the company.

suspension period: the suspension starts on the date your documents are approved and remains in effect until the date you've specified.

extension: when a suspension is approved, your annual pass expiration date will be automatically extended by the duration of the suspension.
No, an annual pass purchased at LEGOLAND® Korea resort is only valid in south korea. it cannot be used at LEGOLAND® resorts in other countries.
similarly, an annual pass purchased at a LEGOLAND® resort in another country cannot be used at LEGOLAND® Korea resort.
You can upgrade a single-day ticket to an annual pass. upgrades are only possible on-site on the day of your visit.
The upgrade fee is just the difference between the price of the annual pass and the single-day ticket you used.

You can modify your reservation through our Guest Experience (033-815-2300 10:00-18:00). However, cancellation/refund may not apply according to the terms & condition of the specific product you purchased.
If you purchased products through 3rd party companies, please contact directly to them.
Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at time of booking. Once guarantee is received, room rates are guaranteed unless reservation is modified.
It’s free to cancel up to 72 hours before your check-in time and the prepaid amount will be refunded to your method of payment.
Cancellation requests made within 72 hours to check-in time will incur 100% fee and are non-refundable.
Room cancellation/modification is not allowed within 72 hours to check-in time
If you purchased flexible cancellation, and a refund is approved, it may take 1-2 weeks to receive your refund.
Cancellation Policy for Reservations made within 3 days of arrival: If you made your booking within 3 days of arrival, no cancellations, changes or refunds are allowed. In the event of cancellation or no-show, all monies are forfeited.
