If the rainfall exceeds 10mm on Merlin the Wizard’s rain gauge during park operating hours on the day of your visit, you will be eligible to receive a return visit coupon, valid until December 31, 2025.

At LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, we strive to deliver the best experience rain or shine. However, as much as we wish we could, we can’t control the weather. Due to Korea’s climate, especially during the monsoon season, sudden showers and thunderstorms can occur.

When Merlin’s official rain gauge at LEGOLAND records over 10mm of rainfall during park operating hours, guests visiting on that day will receive a Return Visit Coupon valid for a weekday visit until December 31, 2025.

🧙🏻  Who Can Receive the Return Visit Coupon?

Guests who enter the park with a paid 1-Day Ticket and hear the “Rainy Day Guarantee Announcement” before leaving the park are eligible to receive a return visit coupon.
(*Annual Pass holders and guests with free admission tickets are not excluded.)

 

🧙🏻 How to Receive the Return Visit Coupon

Once the “Rainy Day Guarantee Announcement” is made, visit the park exit before leaving. Our team will verify your paid 1-Day Ticket used for entry on that day and write your name on the return visit coupon.

* Please note: When using your return visit coupon, any hotel package, fast track pass, or meal voucher purchased on your original visit date will not be reissued or included.

① Bring your original 1-Day Ticket, your Return Visit Coupon, and a valid ID matching the name on the coupon (e.g., ID card or family registry).

② Visit the ticket booth for identity verification.

③ Enter the park through the main gate.

  • If your “Rainy Day Guarantee” 1-Day Ticket has been canceled or refunded, you will not be eligible to receive a return visit coupon.

  • Before your return visit, please check the official website for the latest operating hours and open dates.

  • A return visit coupon will only be issued if the rainfall exceeds 10mm, as measured by the rain gauge installed at LEGOLAND® during park operating hours on the day of your visit.
  • For your return visit, please present the following to the ticket booth staff: the [LEGOLAND® Rainy Day] Coupon, your original ticket, and a valid ID.
  • The [LEGOLAND Rainy Day] eligibility is determined based on the rainfall measured by the park's rain gauge and will be announced via the park's public announcement system and official app.
  • The [LEGOLAND Rainy Day Guarantee] Coupon cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid for weekdays only, until December 31, 2025 (excluding park closure days, weekends, public holidays, national holidays, and substitute holidays).
  • Parking fees and any paid services purchased during your original visit, such as hotel accommodations, fast track passes, and meal vouchers, are not included in the return visit benefits.
  • If you lose or fail to present any of the following (original ticket, ID, or coupon), re-entry will not be allowed.
  • The following tickets are excluded from being eligible for the [LEGOLAND Rainy Day Guarantee] Coupon:
    - Annual Passes
    - Season Passes
    - Park Buyouts (Private Events)
    - Invitations or Complimentary Tickets
    - School group and corporate bookings
    - Complimentary 1-Day Tickets won through promotions
    - 1 Day Tickets issued as part of the Rainy Day Guarantee
  • Only the person whose name is written on the coupon may use it for the return visit.
  • Identity verification is required at the ticket booth before using the return visit coupon (e.g., ID card, family registry, health insurance card, or student ID).
  • Coupons cannot be exchanged, refunded, illegally traded, or transferred.
    (Please be aware that coupons obtained through illegal methods may be prohibited or restricted from use.)
  • Any tampering or unauthorized modification of the coupon may be a violation of the law.
  • Lost or damaged return visit coupons cannot be reissued.
